Imelda Almqvist's Personal Blog

This blog is about paying close attention to the mysteries and magic of life that inform my paintings, poems and art videos! It is also about the Northern European Ancestral tradition and Old Norse wisdom teachings. I have committed to writing regular blogs about major festivals and feast days - because I feel it is important for those people who feel ancestral or spiritual resonance with this to find inspiration and quality information here. Also because many of my students have requested I do so!

I hope that you will enjoy my blogs! If you would like to receive some soul food delivered directly to your in-box (about 6 - 8 times a year) please consider joining my mailing list!

Please note that for years I used to write a blog on Wordpress.com offering a shamanic perspective on many life issues and major world events. Those blogs are still up and they offer wealth of specialised information on tricky questions and matters.
